All project partners met together again in India this April, to review the status and discuss the next steps. The team also visited the different test sites, here at the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran Site, where a pilot vertical garden for grey water treatment will be installed.

NaWaTech twinning of students started

The student exchange between Indian and European research organization in the frame of NaWaTech has started.

Vinay Kulkarni (far right) from Pune is currently working with the pilot constructed wetlands system at UPC in Barcelona, Spain (in the photo, with fellow Spanish students). More students from NEERI, UPC and BOKU Universities are benefiting from this exchange program, strengthening the academic partnership between both continents.
